David Brown

David Brown has a diverse background in research and development, with a focus on biotechnology. David'smost recent role was as the COO and Co-Founder of Chinova Bioworks, where they helped develop a natural shelf-life extending ingredient from white button mushroom fibers. Prior to that, they served as the CTO and Co-Founder of Mycodev Group Inc., a biotechnology corporation focused on producing the biopolymer chitosan from fungal sources. David has also held research scientist roles at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada and served as the Trials Manager at the University of Alberta's Faculty of Agriculture.
