Natasha Dhayagude

Natasha Dhayagude has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Natasha is currently the CEO of Chinova Bioworks, a company that has developed a natural preservative extracted from mushrooms for use in food and beverage applications. In 2021, they became a Board Member of the Canadian Food Innovation Network, a not-for-profit organization aimed at connecting Canadian manufacturers and food ecosystem partners to resources and technologies to enhance business performance through innovation.

Natasha has also been a Fellow at Venture for Canada, a program that connects top graduates with innovative startups across Canada. Natasha was selected as one of the top 30 fellows out of nearly 1,000 applicants. Prior to this, they worked as an Entrepreneurial Services Coordinator at Planet Hatch, a space that fosters idea generation and provides support for commercialization.

Natasha also has experience working at the University of New Brunswick, where they served as the Red and Black Project Manager for the longest-running show in New Brunswick and worked as a Driver. Additionally, Natasha worked as a Research Assistant for the Asian Heritage Association of New Brunswick, assisting in the development of a book on Asian immigration history in the province.

Natasha Dhayagude completed their high school education at Fredericton High School from 2006 to 2010. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Biochemistry at the University of New Brunswick from 2010 to 2014.
