Asmaa Mahzoum

Asmaa Mahzoum is an experienced professional in environmental engineering, currently serving as Deputy Portfolio Manager at Chint Solar Europe since March 2022. Previously, Asmaa held the position of Junior Project Manager - Environment at SMP Solar Montage und Planungsgesellschaft mbH from January 2020 to February 2022. Asmaa gained valuable research experience as a Student Research Assistant at Statista and conducted significant academic projects during studies at Hamburg University of Technology, including a Master Thesis on the nitrification process and a project analyzing seasonal extreme sea levels. Asmaa's early career includes internships focused on water footprint assessment and hydrological calculations in various engineering firms. Asmaa holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Hamburg University of Technology and a State Engineer Degree in Process, Energy and Environmental Engineering from the National School of Applied Sciences of Agadir, Morocco.
