Anna Gardini has over 20 years of experience as an Intellectual Property Lawyer, specializing in trademarks, designs, copyright, patents, and more. Currently serving as Of Counsel at Chiomenti, Anna provides legal advice to clients on industrial and intellectual property law. Anna has a strong background in international IP rights strategy protection, anti-counterfeiting, litigation, arbitration, and drafting IP and commercial agreements. Additionally, Anna has lectured on IP at various institutions and holds a Juris Doctor degree in Law from Università degli Studi di Milano.
