Costanza Citrini

Costanza Citrini's work experience begins in 1999 as a Financial Analyst at Electronic Data Systems. Costanza then joins Baxter Healthcare in 2000, where they hold various roles, including Business Analyst, Marketing Project Manager, and Business Development Manager. In 2005, they work as an Intern at Guidant before joining McKinsey & Company the same year. At McKinsey, Costanza holds multiple positions, including Associate Consultant, Engagement Manager, EMEA Advanced Industries Practice Manager, and Senior Manager Learning Development. Most recently, they are the Head of Human Resources and Talent Development at Chiomenti, starting in February 2019.

Costanza Citrini has an extensive education history. In 1992, they completed their Master of Science (MSc) in International Economics at Università Bocconi. Following this, in 2003, they attended The University of Kansas, where they pursued an Executive Masters Program in Business, which they completed in 2004. In 2004-2005, they attended Vlerick Business School and obtained their MBA. In 2008-2009, Costanza Certini gained a coaching certification from Success Unlimited Network. In 2010, they completed an MBTI Certification from T&D - OPP. Lastly, in 2018, they took part in the International Masterclass Learning&Development at Nyenrode Business University.
