Kayla Mullings

Director of Operations at Chip City

Kayla Mullings has held a variety of roles in the food and design industries since 2010. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Peer Tutor at Briarcliffe College, helping students with their English and writing skills. In 2011, they worked as a Holiday Sales Associate at Century 21 Department Stores. From 2010 to 2014, they worked at Thomas A. Edison CTE High School as a LEARN Program Web Designer, maintaining the school's website with updated information. From 2014 to 2015, they worked at M&S Dental Supply as an Administrative Assistant & Graphic Designer, organizing and filing accounts receivable records and working on the company's quarterly promotion catalogs. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as the Owner of Kayla Marie Designs, focusing primarily on print, package, and logo design. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Buttercooky Bakery as an Employee and at Fairway Market as a Produce Clerk. Finally, from 2019 to present, they have worked at Chip City as the Director of Operations, Production Manager, Assistant Kitchen Manager, and Pastry Cook.

Kayla Mullings attended Thomas A. Edison CTE High School from 2007 to 2011, where they studied Web Design. Kayla then went on to Briarcliffe College from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Graphic Design. Most recently, Kayla attended the Institute of Culinary Education from 2018 to 2019, where they studied Pastry and Baking.
