Shaun Vanalphen

Shaun Vanalphen is an experienced operations director and culinary expert, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Chip City since June 2022. Prior to this role, Shaun co-founded Lucky You! Hospitality and held positions including Area Leader at Dig Inn and Culinary Director at both Fortina and Sleeping Giant NY. Shaun's earlier career includes significant roles as Executive Sous Chef at Momofuku and Line Cook at JEAN-GEORGES MANAGEMENT, along with a foundational position as Junior Sous Chef at Blue Hill Restaurant.
