Race Engineer at Chip Ganassi Racing

Ross Bunnell is a seasoned Race Engineer with extensive experience in the motorsports industry. Currently at Chip Ganassi Racing since November 2022, Ross previously served as a Race Engineer at Dale Coyne Racing from November 2014 to November 2022, where additional roles included Assistant Engineer and DAG. Earlier experience includes engineering work at Bo-Mar Industries, where Ross modeled parts in Solidworks. As Crew Chief for the MKR Motorsports Purdue Grand Prix Team, Ross demonstrated strong leadership and analytical skills, leading the team to a 2nd place finish in the 2013 Purdue Grand Prix. Ross also gained valuable insights during internships with Motorsports Enterprise and has a background as a driver at Home City Ice. Ross holds a Bachelor's Degree in Motorsports Engineering from Indiana University Indianapolis and a minor in Mathematics.
