Layheang Seng

Layheang Seng currently serves as the Head of Security and Governance at Chip Mong Bank, a position held since September 2023. Concurrently, Layheang Seng has been with Chip Mong Group since February 2019, progressing from Manager of IT Governance to Head of IT Security & Governance. Prior experience includes Governance and Risk Supervisor at Group Lease Public Company Limited and roles in IT Governance at GL FINANCE Plc. and Coca-Cola Cambodia Beverage Company Ltd., where responsibilities included network infrastructure management and systems administration. Layheang Seng's career began at Nokor Group, serving as a Network Administrator and an intern in network support. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Norton University and an Associate's degree in Network and System Administration from CIST.
