Gordon Breen

Gordon Breen is an experienced professional in procurement and project management, currently serving as the Head of Procurement at Chip Mong Insee Cement Corporation since July 2016, overseeing project administration for a significant cement plant construction and managing non-EPC projects. Prior experience includes a role as an Engineering Consultant at Total from March 2013 to June 2016, where Gordon managed large-scale projects for major storage depots, and a previous consultancy for the interior design of the Grand Lion Hotel II in Phnom Penh. Gordon also held the position of Director/Project Director at Breen Surveys from January 2008 to May 2012, focusing on health and safety audits and property boundary issues, and served as Project Manager at Townland Surveys from January 2002 to December 2008, responsible for numerous large projects for various high-profile clients. Gordon Breen holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Limerick Institute of Technology.
