Stephen DiBartolomeo has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Stephen is currently working at Scout Ventures as a Principal since September 2022, where they previously served as an Associate from December 2020 to September 2022. Stephen is also the Co-founder/President of Chiplytics since February 2021.

Before joining the National Security Agency, Stephen served in various roles at the US Navy. Stephen was a Product Manager from December 2017 to May 2021, an Adjunct Professor of Cyber Science from December 2019 to May 2020, and a Cyber Program Manager from June 2016 to December 2017.

Stephen was also part of the Veteran Integration Program at Goldman Sachs in November to December 2020. Additionally, they have prior experience at MIT Lincoln Laboratory in ISR Systems and Technology in May to July 2014, and at Los Alamos National Laboratory in Weapons Systems Engineering in May to July 2013.

Stephen DiBartolomeo attended the United States Naval Academy, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantitative Economics in 2016. Following this, they pursued further education at The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School and completed a Master of Science degree in Finance in 2017.
