Craig Buck

Craig Buck is an experienced professional who has worked as a National Project Manager at Chipotle Mexican Grill since 2008. Craig manages projects of various sizes and currently oversees the national rollout of Mobile Order Pickup Shelving installs. Previously, Craig worked as a Regional Facilities Manager, leading a team and mentoring employees. Prior to Chipotle, Craig was a National Project Manager at Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery. With a background in construction as a Lead Builder at David Weekley Homes, Craig holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine and Studio Arts from the State University of New York College at Potsdam.
