Julie Kang

Julie Kang serves as the Senior Director of Talent Management at Chipotle Mexican Grill, where responsibilities include leading the Talent Management and Learning & Development Team to enhance the employee lifecycle through innovative strategies and technology. As a Founding Member of Chief, Julie plays a key role in promoting women's leadership and influence within organizations. Previous positions include Vice President of People & Culture at Windsor Hospitality and Vice President of Human Resources at Dine Brands Global, with an earlier role as Vice President of Organizational Excellence at Vonage. Julie holds an MBA in Business Administration from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and a BA in Business Economics from UCLA.
