Julie Kang

Julie Kang serves as the Senior Director of Talent Management at Chipotle Mexican Grill, leading the Talent Management and Learning & Development Teams to enhance the employee lifecycle through innovative strategies and technology. As a Founding Member of Chief, a network aimed at empowering women leaders, Julie contributes to shaping the leadership landscape for women in senior roles. Julie's extensive experience includes leadership positions in various organizations, such as Vice President of People & Culture at Windsor Hospitality, and Vice President of Human Resources at Dine Brands Global, among others. Julie holds an MBA in Business Administration from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, a BA in Business Economics from UCLA, and additional education from the University of Cambridge.
