Lou Aguilar

Lou Aguilar has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning different roles and industries. Lou started their career at Empire City Subway as a Manager of Accounting and Engineering, where they successfully transitioned into a leadership position managing a team. Lou then went on to work at Bell Atlantic as a Project Manager, overseeing the deployment of various projects including the DREAMNet initiative. Lou also worked at Symbol Technologies as a Project Manager, managing the implementation of the company's RFID product line. Lou later joined Psion Teklogix as a Professional Services Manager and a Senior Project Manager, receiving recognition for their work in wireless deployment contracts. Lou then worked at The Proven Method as a Project Management Consultant before joining The Wendy's Company. At Wendy's, they held various roles including Director of Restaurant Technology Deployments and IT - Restaurant Solutions Manager. Most recently, Lou joined Chipotle Mexican Grill as the Director of Restaurant Technology.

Lou Aguilar obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Design from the University at Buffalo, where they studied from 1988 to 1993.
