Nicole West

Nicole West has extensive experience in digital strategy and product management, currently serving as Vice President of Digital Strategy & Product at Chipotle Mexican Grill. Previously, Nicole held roles as Director of Digital Commerce and eCommerce Manager within the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as a Junior Consultant at Welchert & Britz. Nicole holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration & Environmental Policy and a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography & Environmental Studies, both from the University of Colorado Denver.
