Rex Ju

Rex Ju is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Supply Chain Manager - Technology at Chipotle Mexican Grill since August 2021, Rex has successfully held multiple procurement management roles focusing on food, indirect, grocery, beverage, and packaging. Prior experience at General Mills spanned from June 2015 to August 2021, where Rex managed a significant $240 million corrugated spend as a Senior Sourcing Buyer and oversaw cereal production operations as a Production Supervisor II. Rex's engineering background includes roles as a System Engineer, improving system reliability, and internships at John Deere. Rex holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Edinburgh.
