Rich Fidler

Rich Fidler is a seasoned professional in design and construction, currently serving as Senior Director of Design & Construction, International at Chipotle Mexican Grill since February 2011. Rich has held various roles within Chipotle, including Design Director and Kitchen Design Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing design functions for over 200 restaurants annually and collaborating with multiple departments to ensure efficient kitchen designs. Prior to Chipotle, Rich worked at Glavan Feher Architects, overseeing the design and development of numerous Chipotle locations, and at Baker & Associates, managing various retail and residential projects. Rich holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Miami University, earned in 2000.
