Zach Sippl

Zach Sippl is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in data, insights, and analytics. Currently serving as the Vice President of Data, Insights & Analytics at Chipotle Mexican Grill since April 2016, Zach leads a centralized organization focused on enterprise data, business intelligence, and analytics, fostering a data-driven culture across a workforce of over 10,000. Prior roles include Vice President and Senior Director at Slalom, where Zach managed the growth and strategy of the Data & Analytics practice, and Director of Business Intelligence at Target, overseeing global delivery teams in healthcare and multichannel analytics. Zach's career began at Ally Financial Inc., delivering innovative financial data solutions, with earlier experience as a Tech and Management Consultant at Computer Sciences Corporation. Zach holds a BA in Management Information Systems from the University of Colorado Boulder and an MBA in Information and Decision Sciences from the University of Minnesota.
