Derek Burgman

Derek Burgman has a diverse work experience in various technology and leadership roles. Derek is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at HelloSubs since March 2022. Before that, they held the same role at Chippit from August 2021. In 2020, they co-founded and served as a CTO at LeaderEQ, a role they held until May 2022. Additionally, in the same year, Derek co-founded and acted as a CTO at Optimiser, leaving in April 2022. Starting from August 2019 to March 2020, they were the CTO at Hapier. Prior to that, Derek worked as a Software Developer at Capsher Technology from February 2019 to January 2020. Derek also gained experience as a Partner at Leaven Creative Co. from February 2018 to July 2019. In 2017, Derek was the CTO at Students of Strength from January 2018 to February 2019, and before that, they held the role of Lead Software Developer from September 2017 to January 2018. Derek began their entrepreneurial journey as the Founder of TallyNote in January 2017 until September 2017.

Derek Burgman attended Texas A&M University from 2009 to 2015, where they completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science.
