Alex Blanco has a diverse work experience with a focus on aviation electronics. Alex started their career in 2003 as a Production Recruiter for PSRO-8 US Marine Corps, where they worked until 2006. Alex then became an Avionics Maintenance Chief at VMGR-452 US Marine Corps from 2006 to 2008, where they supervised over 40 Marines performing organizational level avionics maintenance. From 2008 to 2010, Alex worked as an Avionics Maintenance Chief at MALS-41 US Marine Corps, supervising over 120 Marines and Sailors performing intermediate level avionics maintenance. In 2010, they served as an Avionics Maintenance Chief at VMGR-234 US Marine Corps, overseeing the maintenance of over 30 Marines in two different work centers within the Avionics Division. In 2011, Alex transitioned to the private sector and became an Aviation Electronics Technician for TSM Corporation, maintaining 12 KC-130T aircraft until 2013. Alex then worked for Management Consulting, Inc. (MANCON) in 2014 as an Aviation Electronics Technician, contracted for the maintenance of 12 KC-130T aircraft. In 2015, Alex worked as an Avionics Technician at Strom Aviation before joining Lockheed Martin as an Aircraft Mechanic 4 the same year. Alex transitioned to the role of C130J Field Service Engineer at Chipton Ross in 2017, and in 2018, they returned to Lockheed Martin as a Field Service Engineer.

Alex Blanco's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Engineering Technology, obtained from DeVry University between the years 2011 and 2014. Prior to that, from 1986 to 1988, they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) in Electronics Engineering Technology from ITT Technical Institute-West Covina.
