Aarti K Monga

Aarti is a Chartered Accountant and holds a B.Com (Hons.) degree from the Lady Shri Ram College for women, Delhi University. She has a work experience of over 7 years in the startup space and has worked across diverse areas like fund raising, regulatory and policy advocacy and M&A. She has previously worked with Invest India under the Startup India Initiative, launched by the Government of India and was instrumental in bringing about various regulatory reforms for the betterment of the Startup ecosystem. Prior to this, she worked with Clix Capital (formerly GE Capital) and contributed to the development, launch and execution of their Supply Chain Finance product. She has also worked with a boutique investment bank towards deal advisory, fund raise and valuations.

Aarti is an avid painter and has her work displayed at a reputed art Gallery in Delhi. She is a nature and wildlife enthusiast and is always keen to explore the untouched bits of nature. She is an animal lover and is involved in various animal welfare activities.
