Raghu leads whole gamut of administrative areas ranging from travel, accommodation, vendor management, contract administration, inventory management, security and safety of assets and overall infrastructure management. He plans, organizes, and controls the work activities of the admin team members in order to provide prompt and efficient services and ensures 24/7 smooth operations and healthy functioning of the overall facilities. He also manages the complete arrangements for the annual events, conferences, seminars and other functions of the firm organized from time to time.

Prior to joining Chiratae Ventures, Raghu has worked for CYIENT (Infotech Enterprises), Nagarjuna Fertilizers and Chemicals Ltd., SOL Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Hyderabad. With over 31 years of work experience, he comes with rich experience in Office Administration, Corporate Communications, Secretarial, Sales and Trading works.

Raghu holds a Masters Degree in Commerce, Bachelors Degree in Law and MBA (HR) from IGNOU, New Delhi.
