David Merrell

David Merrell is currently the COO at Chiricahua Community Health Centers. Prior to that, they worked as a pharmacist at Douglas Health Mart from June 2012 to June 2017. In that role, they provided medication counseling to patients, answered drug information questions, and filled prescriptions. David also worked as a bilingual CSR at Progressive Insurance from January 2004 to May 2008, where they answered inbound calls from Spanish speaking customers and provided customer service and sales quotes. Additionally, they led team training seminars on a monthly basis.

David Merrell has a PharmD from Roseman University of Health Sciences and a PharmD from University of Southern Nevada. David also has an Associate's degree from Mesa Community College and Chandler/Gilbert Community College.

David Merrell reports to Jonathan Melk, CEO. David Merrell works with Darlene Melk - Chief Medical Officer, Randal Christensen - Chief Clinical Information Officer, Pediatrician, and Tamika Sullivan - Director of Behavioral Health.
