Bimal Choudhary

Bimal Choudhary has a significant amount of work experience, starting in 1984 as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Tata Motors. Bimal then worked their way up to Manager, HR and was responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures at a new plant. After leaving Tata Motors in 2000, Bimal held various HR positions at UFLEX Group, Jindal Poly Films Ltd, and Sravanthi Infratech Pvt. Ltd, where they served as VP, HR and Admin and was in charge of corporate HR for power plants and EPC projects. Bimal also worked as AVP, HR at Monnet Ispat and Energy, overseeing HR, IR, CSR, and admin functions at a steel plant and coal mines. Bimal has held the role of VP, HR at a big conglomerate in industrial consumable, iron, and energy, where they served as the custodian of corporate HR and IR. Lastly, they worked as VP - HR and Admin at Chiripal Poly Films Limited.

Bimal Choudhary obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from BCE, Bhagalpur (Bihar Govt Engg) from 1980 to 1984. Later on, they pursued an MBA from Lucknow University and specialized in HR, Operation Research, and IT from 1997 to 2000.
