Erin Lopez

Erin Lopez is a Data and Programs Analyst at CHIRLA since July 2023, with a strong background in research and analysis. Previous experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at the University of California, Berkeley's Goldman School of Public Policy, where Erin contributed to a project analyzing fiscal challenges in California cities. In addition, Erin worked as a Research Assistant at The People Lab, focusing on workforce development and conducting rigorous research designs. Other roles include supporting a PhD candidate's research on Latin American politics, proofreading whitepapers on sustainability at the U.S. Green Building Council, and participating in various research initiatives during academic studies. Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, and an AA-T in Political Science from Mt. San Antonio College.
