Matthew Kruse

Matthew Kruse has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Matthew began their career as an Aquatics Manager at the East Kentwood Aquatics Center in 2016, where they held the role for two years. In 2019, they became a Certified Flight Instructor at LIFT Academy. Following that, Matthew served as the Associate Head Coach at the Southeastern Swim Club of Fishers for seven years until 2019. Matthew then worked as a Recreation Lead at IRVING CITY OF PARKS & RECREATION from January 2021 to October 2021. Continuing their career in the sports and recreation field, Matthew joined Life Time Inc. in October 2021 as an Aquatics Manager, a position they held until June 2023.
