Niall McVey

Niall McVey is a skilled digital change manager with extensive experience in engineering and additive manufacturing. Presently serving as Digital Change Manager at Chivas Brothers since April 2023, Niall previously held the role of Founding Director at AMMA Solutions, where consulting, design advice, training, and support for additive manufacturing and smart factory systems were provided from November 2018 to May 2023. Niall also co-founded Xtrusion from December 2015 to December 2020 and worked as a Software & Systems Engineer at SST Sensing Ltd, focusing on sensor technology, from October 2015 to August 2018. Earlier experience includes the role of Software & Systems Engineer at Protronix Limited from June 2006 to October 2015, where involvement in diverse projects related to ultra-high reliability assemblies occurred. Niall holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer and Electronic Systems from the University of Strathclyde, obtained between 2005 and 2010.
