Mounia Jaboun

Mounia Jaboun is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leading human resources functions across renowned luxury brands. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Chloé since May 2024, Mounia also held the same position at BYREDO from May 2021 to May 2024. Prior roles include Head of Human Resources for EMEA at Saint Laurent and Head of Human Resources for the Middle East at SEPHORA. Mounia's career began with MAKE UP FOR EVER as International HR Director and included significant roles at ABSCISSE, culminating in HR Development Manager.
