Aspen Howard's work experience begins in 2016 at Hobby Lobby, where they held the positions of Office Assistant and Customer Service Manager. In these roles, they organized paperwork, assisted with financial reporting, balanced cash drawers, supervised and trained cashiers, resolved customer questions and concerns, and maintained a clean and organized working area.

Aspen Howard started their education at Harrah High School, where they obtained a Distinguished Diploma in an unspecified field of study in 2015. Following high school, they attended Rose State College from 2014 to 2016, specializing in General Studies. In 2018, Aspen enrolled at Gordon Cooper Technology Center and pursued a degree in Court Reporting/Court Reporting, which they completed in 2019. Additionally, in September 2019, they obtained a certification as a Certified Shorthand Reporter from the State of Oklahoma.
