Jay Cary

Jay has nearly 10 years of professional software development experience, and a degree in Computer Information Systems from Ivy Tech. Most recently, he led the software team for a community resilience-focused startup, using local and regional asset and threat data to aid decision makers within local government. He also helped build Climate Explorer, which is part of the U.S. Climate Resilience Toolkit.
