Mandisa Moore-O'Neal serves as the Executive Director of The Center for HIV Law and Policy since October 2022, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles, including Attorney and Notary Public at The Moore-O'Neal Law Group, LLC from January 2017 to October 2022, where a focus on employment and public accommodations discrimination, labor law advocacy, HIV de-criminalization, family law, and police accountability was emphasized. Prior to that, S. Mandisa Moore-O'Neal worked as a Law Clerk and then Staff Attorney at NO/AIDS Task Force from January 2011 to December 2016, providing legal representation and advocacy for individuals living with HIV/AIDS. S. Mandisa Moore-O'Neal holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from LSU Law and a degree in History and Sociology from Loyola University New Orleans.
