Tracey Scalzo has been with CHMWarnick | Hotel Asset Managers & Business Advisors since November 1999, where Tracey currently holds the title of Vice President. Prior to this, Tracey worked at Warnick + Company as an Analyst from November 1999 to May 2015. With a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from Eastern Connecticut State University, Tracey brings a strong analytical background to their role. Tracey is responsible for managing CHMWarnick’s business intelligence platform and enhancing financial models to optimize operating performance and value across the asset management portfolio.
