Brandon Dansie

Brandon Dansie, PHR, currently serves as Vice President of the People Team at Chobani, where responsibilities include overseeing strategic people initiatives for the supply chain and managing talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, compensation, and engagement for over 1,800 employees. Previously, Brandon held various roles at Viracon, including Senior Director and Director of Human Resources, contributing to HR, Health Services, and Training for a manufacturing plant with 1,200 employees. In earlier positions, Brandon managed HR functions at Mountainview Mushrooms and served as an HR intern at Convergys. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Southern Utah University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Utah State University, along with coursework in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School Online.
