Edgar Alanis

Edgar Alanis currently serves as the Senior Business Process Integration Manager and previously held the title of Strategic Solutions Manager at Chobani since June 2016, specializing in Sales & Operations projects that enhance demand forecasting and purchasing planning processes. Prior to Chobani, Edgar worked at PepsiCo from February 2004 to January 2016, where roles included Supply Chain Manager, IT Supply Chain Project Leader, and IT Supply Chain Analyst, focusing on supply chain projects and IT initiatives to optimize demand forecasting and distribution processes. Edgar holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey and has completed various courses through MITx.
