Heather Napieralski

Heather Napieralski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in retail sales and operations. Currently serving as a Retail Sales and Execution Specialist at Chobani since August 2023, Heather previously held the position of Vice President of Operations at WinSell Incorporated from January 2022 to August 2023. Additionally, Heather worked at WinSell Inc. as a Customer Communications Coordinator from September 2017 to August 2023. Prior to this, Heather gained valuable experience at The Yankee Candle Company, Inc. as a Store Manager and District Training Store Manager from November 2002 to September 2017. Heather holds a Bachelor's degree in Natural Resources/Conservation from Kent State University, earned between 1997 and 2002.
