Jacqueline Turo

Jacqueline Turo currently serves as the Senior Director and Associate General Counsel for Sales & Commercial at Chobani, leading legal counsel in the U.S. Previously, Turo held the role of Senior Legal Director for Global Transactions and M&A at PepsiCo from March 2012 to May 2024, where expertise in mergers and acquisitions was demonstrated through strategic guidance and negotiation of various global transactions. Turo also contributed as the Legal Director for Latin America Beverages at PepsiCo, managing legal strategies across 35+ territories and ensuring compliance within franchise operations. Earlier career experiences include serving as Assistant Legal Counsel at Picoco LLC, structuring investments, and roles as Associate Attorney at Clark Hill Law and HechtSolberg. Turo's legal foundations were built with a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from William & Mary Law School and a B.S. in Business Administration from Georgetown University.
