Zeina Jouni

Zeina Jouni, PhD, currently serves as Principal Nutrition Scientist at Chobani, a position held since April 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Global and US Principal Nutrition & Information Scientist at Kellogg Company from April 2014 to April 2019, where nutrition strategies were developed for various health-focused programs. Jouni's career also includes significant contributions at Mead Johnson Nutrition as Principal Scientist and Senior Research Scientist from 2005 to 2013, emphasizing ingredient-based technology and competitive innovation. Earlier academic roles included Assistant Professor in the Biochemistry Department at the University of Arizona from 1998 to 2004, where multiple research programs were designed and a range of nutrition courses were taught.
