Wade Austin

Wade Austin has a long and varied career in the tech and design industries. Wade began their career in 1994 as CEO and Creative Director of DMGx.com. In 1998, they also took on the role of Adjunct Professor at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. In 2013, they became the Director of Product Design at The RealReal, where they provided leadership and creative direction for consumer facing product design and back end admin management. In 2016, Wade moved to the Chobanian Group as Design Director. Two years later, in 2018, they co-founded OlioBox, Inc. as Product Strategist and CEO. Most recently, in 2020, Wade co-founded Farmgrub.com, with the goal of empowering local farms, offering same day delivery of fresh local groceries, and donating 15% of all profits to Second Harvest.

Wade Austin attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1989 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design and Illustration.
