Inga Nielsen

Inga Nielsen is an accomplished professional in Talent Acquisition with extensive experience in building and leading high-performing teams. Currently serving as Head of Talent Acquisition at Choco since July 2025, Inga previously held roles such as Team Lead Talent Acquisition Commercial DACH at Parloa, where the focus was on enhancing recruitment processes across the DACH region. Inga has developed and managed end-to-end recruiting operations at various companies, including Wunderflats and Valsight GmbH, with particular attention to candidate experience and employer branding. Inga holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Freie Universität Berlin and has a background in physics from Technische Universität Berlin.
