Nick Eleniak

Nick Eleniak has a extensive work experience in sales and management roles. Nick is currently serving as the Vice President of Sales, North America at Chocolove Premium Chocolate. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of USA Sales at Lindt & Sprüngli (USA) Inc. where they were responsible for developing and executing strategic plans for corporate retailers and achieving double-digit growth in revenue and profit. Before Lindt & Sprüngli, Nick worked as the Vice President Sales & Strategic Initiatives at Carlin O'Brien LLC., where they coordinated sales, marketing, and new client business initiatives across various companies and geographies. Nick also contributed to brand integration and restructuring efforts. Nick's experience also includes serving as the National Sales Manager USA/Canada at Perfetti Van Melle, where they led a sales management team and broker networks, achieving consistent revenue growth and introducing cross-functional teams for consumer-focused insights. Nick has also served in leadership positions on the Board of Directors at Alberta Beverage Container Recycling Corporation and Alberta Beverage Council, providing policy recommendations and strategic guidance. In addition, Nick has experience as a Sales Manager at Ocean Spray Cranberries and as the Vice President of Operations at Essilor Canada, where they demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, operational efficiency, and financial management. Nick Eleniak has a diverse educational background. Nick completed an Executive Development Program at Queen's University. Nick also attended Executive Technical & Marketing Training at Essilor in Paris, France. Furthermore, they obtained an Honors degree in Business from NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology). In addition to their formal education, Nick Eleniak obtained a certification in Professional Coaching and Training from Expression For Growth in April 2022.
