James Dry

James Dry is an experienced professional currently serving on the Choctaw Tribal Council for District 9 since September 2017. Previously, James held the position of Director of Sales and Events at Choctaw Casinos of Oklahoma. James earned a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, completing studies between 1989 and 1994.
