Debbie Dalpoas

Debbie Dalpoas has been with Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma since May 1998, starting as Chief, Quality/Risk/Compliance Officer at Choctaw Nation Health Care Center. Debbie later transitioned to Choctaw Nation Health Authority in January 2012, where Debbie currently holds the title of Chief, Emergency Management Officer. In 2017, Debbie took on the role of Deputy Director of Operations, Office of Emergency Management at Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma. Debbie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Administration from East Central University, graduating in 1985.
