Anthony Dillard

Anthony Dillard has extensive experience in public service and research, currently serving as the Tribal Councilman for District 10 with the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma since September 2005. Prior to this role, Anthony worked as a Research Technician at the USDA-ARS from May 1986 to September 2006, collaborating with research scientists on projects in Genetics, Plant Pathology, and Molecular Genetics. Anthony earned a Bachelor's degree in Horticultural Science from Oklahoma State University between 1988 and 1991, having previously studied at Southeastern Oklahoma State University from 1986 to 1988.
