Brent Hinz

Brent Hinz is an accomplished professional in food and beverage operations, currently serving as the Executive Director of Food and Beverage Operations and Senior Corporate Director of Food and Beverage for the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma since February 2021. With a robust career spanning over two decades, Brent has held prominent positions including Corporate Director of F&B at Jacobs Entertainment, Inc., and Food and Beverage Director at various casinos such as Angel of the Winds Casino, Seminole Coconut Creek Casino, and The Sugar House Casino. Notably, Brent has a successful track record of launching new restaurant concepts and overseeing comprehensive food and beverage services in casino settings.
