Chance Burcham

Chance Burcham, CSP, is currently serving as the Tribal Occupational Safety and Health Manager for the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma since February 2024. Prior to this role, Chance garnered extensive experience at Harrison, Walker & Harper from August 2016 to February 2024, holding various positions including Manager of Safety & Quality, Compliance Professional, and Compliance Coordinator. Additional experience includes a tenure as an Asset Protection Manager at Sam's Club and an internship focused on safety and compliance. Chance's early career started at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. with roles in inventory and stock management. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety & Health from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and an Associate of Arts in General Education Studies and Psychology from Eastern Oklahoma State College.
