David Ledford

David Ledford is an accomplished technology executive currently serving as Chief Information Officer for the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma since January 2024. Prior to this role, Ledford held the position of Vice President of Information Technology at Cherokee Nation Entertainment from July 2016 to January 2024 and previously served as CIO at Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma from 2014 to 2016. With extensive experience across various organizations, Ledford has held senior technology positions at MMREM, Inc., GameStop, and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas, where significant contributions were made in technology infrastructure, system implementation, and overall IT management. Ledford's educational background includes an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a BS in Management Information Systems from Oklahoma State University.
