Nikki Schuth-Mitchell

Nikki Schuth-Mitchell, PMP, gCDF, has extensive experience in career counseling and talent management, currently serving in multiple roles at the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma since January 2016, including Career Counselor, Talent Management Professional, and Tribal Agriculture Extension Agent/USDA 2501 Project Director. As the Owner/Operator of Sheep Happens Club Lambs since May 2005, Nikki has developed comprehensive dietary plans, managed flock health, and maintained meticulous records of breeding and financial activity. Additionally, an internship with The Urban Orchard Project from May to August 2015 contributed to hands-on experience in agriculture. Nikki holds a Master of Science in International Agriculture and a Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences, both from Oklahoma State University.
