Martin Gullis has extensive experience in the healthcare and social care sectors, currently serving as Assistant Quality Director and Assistant Regional Director at Choice Care Group since March 2018, where responsibilities include supporting registered managers in residential homes for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health issues. Prior to this, Martin held the position of Registered Manager, overseeing regulated activities in homes for adults with learning disabilities. From September 2014 to March 2018, Martin worked at Somerset Care as Training Manager and Community Team Supervisor, managing multiple learning disability services in Dorset and delivering training to a large staff team. Previous roles include Trainer/Team Leader at Community Integrated Care and student nurse at Bournemouth University, where Martin acquired an Advanced Diploma in Adult Nursing. Early professional experiences include serving as a theatre support worker and auxiliary nurse at Poole Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Additionally, Martin has completed Level 5 Leadership & Management training with Lifetime Training in 2019.
