Tina Vaughn

Tina Vaughn possesses extensive experience in human resources and payroll management, currently serving as the Director of HR Operations at Choice Health at Home since April 2022. Prior to this role, Tina worked at Kindful Hospice, Palliative and Virtual Care from February 2019 to April 2022, holding the positions of HR/Payroll/Benefits Director and HR/Payroll/Benefits Manager. Tina began as Payroll/Benefits Manager at Aspire Home Care, where employment lasted from November 2007 to February 2019. Earlier in their career, Tina gained experience at BancFirst, serving as Loan Administration Supervisor and Loan Secretary from 1999 to 2001. Tina holds educational credentials from East Central University, attended from 1987 to 1989.
