Lorena Cuica has over two decades of experience in recruiting and human resources. Currently serving as the Director of Recruiting at CHOICE Healthcare Services, Lorena oversees the productivity of the recruiting department, drives sourcing strategies, manages budgets, and supervises a team of recruiters. Prior to their current role, Lorena held positions at Hyundai MOBIS, Western Dental Services, Alar Staffing Corp., and Capital One Auto Finance, where Lorena demonstrated expertise in various aspects of recruiting, talent management, and supervision. Lorena holds a BS in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
